Privacy and data-sharing notice

This notice explains what stays in your browser, what optional analytics records and what is sent when you choose WhatsApp.

Browser tools

Answers entered into the planning tools stay in the current browser on your device unless you choose to copy, print or send them. The hosting service may keep ordinary security and access logs.

Optional analytics

Analytics loads only after you allow it. It records broad page groups and enquiry steps, not page titles, health topics, form answers or WhatsApp message text. You can decline analytics and still use every guide and enquiry tool.

Preparing the message

The enquiry planner builds a preview in your browser. The message is sent only after you review it, tick the consent box and continue to WhatsApp.

Who receives the message

A sent enquiry goes to a dental provider for a reply about area, suitability, availability, likely scope and fees. Confirm the provider’s legal name and the attending dentist’s current registration details before booking.

What to leave out of the first message

Start with the area, main concern, mobility or access needs and a suitable contact time. Keep IC numbers, complete medical records, medication lists, payment details and dental photographs for a secure intake process if they are later needed.

Responsibilities after the handoff

HomeDental manages the website interface and optional website analytics. The dental provider manages its reply, clinical screening, records, appointment, fees, complaints and ongoing care. WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms and privacy practices.
